I have never been to the Cheese Cake Factory and tried this dish, but it the combination of avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, onion and cilantro rolled in a egg rolls sounds like an interesting dish to try when the weather gets warmer and the price of avocado's come down in price. 

The recipe is over at The Recipe Society here.  There is also a recipe for a dipping sauce, but I have never used Saffron in cooking before and I had to look up what a Tamarind so not sure about the sauce.
