CRUNCHY VEGETABLE MAKE AHEAD SALAD

I was looking up a recipe on Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing recipe on their website that I had seen on TV and came across this also and putting it on my project list for this summer when vegetables are in season and not so expensive.  I like all of the ingredients in the salad but have never tried all of them in the same salad before.

Below is the recipe from Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing website:
"
  • 2/3 cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Garden Vegetable Dressing
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas, ends trimmed and stems removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ cups diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 cups shredded red cabbage
  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds"
Just toss together and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
