I saw this over at one of the blogs that I follow Thrifty Decor Mom and remembered seeing this in Family Circle as I child and I know my Mom made a version of it and it was delicious, so of course it is going to go on my to do list, although I know "Dream Whip", which used to be poor people's version of whipped cream because it is a dry mix and doesn't have to be refrigerated, will be harder to find.
The recipe calls for a white cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, club soda and oil and the topping pistachio pudding mix, Dream Whip and 1/2 cup milk.
